Quality Assurance & Warranty
At ISAGO, we take pride in jewelry craftsmanship. Each piece undergoes strict quality checks. If you experience damage to your purchase due to manufacturing, please contact us so we may evaluate your piece. Email cs@isagojewels.com with photos, a short video, and a description of how the damage occurred. If we find the damage is not repairable via the provided images, we may not accept the item back for an evaluation.
Lab-Grown Diamonds Warranty
ISAGO lab-grown diamonds come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We use internationally recognized 4Cs diamond grading, ensuring the color, clarity, and cut meet the highest standards. In the unlikely event of any manufacturing defect, after assessment, we will replace the diamond.
Jewelry Warranty:
ISAGO provides a one-year warranty for gold jewelry against manufacturing defects during the one-year warranty period.
- Lab Grown diamond & Stones warranty only applies to diamonds and stones up to 0.100ct in size. The warranty does not apply to any diamonds above 0.100ct and stones.
- Resizing warranty is applicable to only resizable rings. This warranty only covers resizing up to +/- 4HK sizes from original size. If a ring needs a resizing above 4HK sizes, gold charge will be applicable as additional gold is needed to resize the ring. In order to maintain the aesthetic value of the ring, it is recommended to resize the ring at +/- 2HK.
- ISAGO can help with repolishing and resetting your jewelry after warranty period, with a small fee.
- Resizable Ring- applicable only to rings that have an adequate area of gold on shank or band.
- Eternity Bands are not resizable.
Exclusions: Please note that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, improper care and use. It also does not cover any alterations or repairs made by third parties.
Certificate of Authenticity: Every purchase from ISAGO comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate verifies the authenticity of lab-grown diamonds and provides jewelry details.
Terms & Conditions:
- All warranties are valid for the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
- To avail of the warranty, the customer must present the original proof of purchase.
- Any alterations or repairs made by unauthorized third parties void the warranty.
Jewelry Inspection:
ISAGO provides simple cleaning and inspection to reduce the risk of further damage to your jewelry. We strongly advise you to bring jewelry for a routine inspection once every six-months.
No Return Policy:
ISAGO does not have a return policy. As each piece is crafted to order and with great care, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns or issues you may have with your purchase. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Upgrade Policy
Does Isago have a jewelry upgrade program?
Yes we do! Here are our Jewelry Upgrade Terms and Conditions:
- For an upgrade, please choose your desired second product; the second product has to be of a higher value than your previously purchased product.
- Only Isago products with Isago engravings are eligible for this upgrade.
- Products must be accompanied with Isago official invoice and Isago product certificate, indicating a jewelry purchase of more than six months. Isago team will authenticate the jewelry, this process will take approximately 10 working days, excluding weekends and other major public holidays). A general 20% fee will be deducted from the invoice.
*The amount calculated will be the amount paid after a promotion or voucher. - A tax deduction fee of two-point- two percent (2.2%) and an administration fee of IDR 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) will be borne.
- All shipping fees incurred during the upgrade process will be borne by the customer.
- The final calculated amount will be marked in our system as a store credit.
- Others: Please note that damaged or significantly worn jewelry might not be eligible for upgrade, or might receive a lower credit value. Our customer service representative will send videos and pictures as proof of significantly worn parts for clarification before proceeding with authentication.
